WOW. Another surreal blast from the past.
I did this painting back in 2010. The original was oil on panel. I really just wanted an excuse to paint both figures from life and rooty textures. So, why not smash them together? ,I actually want to get back to doing stuff in a similar style. AH the cycle continues!
For a long time this print did well, then I took it out of rotation (because it was OLD) but then I recently brought it back for fun. I love making those rooty textures.
